2024 ARTIST TIMELINE

January 15 -- Deadline to apply or renew membership online (Active membership indicates intent to show in 2024)

January 15 -- Orientation for artists new to Art in the Park

January 16 to February 10 -- Artwork registration is open online

February 21  or February 22 -- 3:00 - 4:00pm in Club Cafe (outside dining) -- SIGN UP FOR ARTISTS' VOLUNTEER DUTIES, pick up artwork labels, drop off your biography and sign up for  art pick-up time at end of show

March 8 -- Reservations due for Artist Reception and for Dinner

March 15 -- 7:45  - 9:00am -- Deliver artwork to the Lakeside Room at the Club; each piece must have artwork label attached and visible on front of the piece (see RULES AND TERMS for more detailed instructions)

March 15  -- 5:30-7:00pm --Reception by Artist Invite only; Artist Dinner 7:00pm

March 16 to March 17 -- Show open (times are listed above)

Sunday, March 17 -- 5:30 - 6:00pm -- Artists pick up artwork at the time for which you signed up
